Darren Criss, who played Kurt’s gay role model Blaine on the Nov. 9, 2010, episode of  "Glee," is in talks to become a series regular on the Fox show, reports Michael Ausiello, who now can be read at Deadline.com.

It’s likely the promotion would take place during the show’s third season, the story notes. It would also mark the first regular TV role for Criss, who previously had an arc on the short-lived ABC show "Eastwick."
