Who Will Be the Next ‘Spartacus’? Starz Narrows Field Down to Three Actors

Nov 9, 2010  •  Post A Comment

Starz has narrowed the field down to three actors to fill the title character role in "Spartacus: Blood and Sand," reports Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com.

They are Stephen Amell, Aiden Turner and Liam McIntyre, who are being flown to New Zealand for screen tests and to meet the show’s cast and crew, the article says. The chosen actor will replace original star Andy Whitfield, who dropped out in September because of a recurrence of cancer.

Andreeva notes that all three potential replacements are "relatively unknown foreign actors with chiseled looks and impressive physique," similar to Whitfield. Turner may be the most familiar to U.S. audiences because he was a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars" and had a long run on "All My Children," the story adds.

  2. No, I’m Spartacus.

  3. A traders biggest enemy is his emotions. Every trader experiences fear and greed and this is the number one reason why most traders fail. I also found it very difficult to stick to my systems rules because I lacked discipline. In order to be a successful trader you need to be able to stick to your trading system and control your emotions. However as you probably already found out for yourself this is easier said than done. For me I found success in the Forex market when I switched from manual trading to automated trading using a EA system. Give this a try: forexfunnelsystem.info

  4. I am not in truth sure if top methods have emerged roughly things like that, except I am confident that your large job is clearly recognized. I was wondering if you offer any registration toward your RSS feeds because I would be extremely interested.
