CBS won a close ratings battle with Fox Tuesday night, using a combination of programming that ran the gamut from the holiday special “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” to a “Victoria’s Secret” fashion special, with a repeat of “NCIS” in between them, to eke out the top spot in the 18-49 demo, TVbytheNumbers.com reported.

CBS finished the night with a 3.4 rating in 18-49, followed by Fox (3.3), NBC (2.6) and ABC (1.9.)
