Project That Went To Pilot on HBO Not Picked Up

Dec 9, 2010  •  Post A Comment

HBO has not been able to find a spot for a project that it had picked up to pilot in July, reports Deadline.com

It was a dark comedy based on Charlie Huston’s 2009 crime noir novel "The Mystic Arts of Erasing All Signs of Death." The HBO verson was to have been called All Signs of Death."

The pilot was written by Huston and used smaller, portable cameras for a cinema verite style. It joins "Miraculous Year" as another 2010 HBO pilot that didn’t make it to series, the story adds.

For HBO’s remaining crop of pilots, "Luck" has been ordered to series, while "Tilda" is waiting while reshoots are being done on the pilot and backup scripts are written. "Documental" and "Girls" are in post-production, while "Veep," starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus, is casting, it adds.

  1. What a comfort to discover a page that may perhaps be present ultimately in fact meaning reading! I’ve been in search of all-around about this issue but men and women now put rubbish posts, or brief empty article. I have noticed a couple vids on youtube but it’s now the same as reading a good post.

  2. I agree with your thoughts here and I really love your blog! I’ve bookmarked it so that I can come back & read more in the future.
