Another Reality Star Wants a Name Change

We reported a couple of weeks ago that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi–the star of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” whose nickname is synonymous with her sudden celebrity–no longer wants to be called “Snooki.” Now another reality show star–from VH1 and the world of pro football this time–also wants to lose a nickname he has worked hard to keep in the spotlight, NFL.com reports.

This time it’s Chad Ochocinco, host of the VH1 reality dating show “Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch” and a star NFL wide receiver. Ochocinco wants to go back to his original name, Chad Johnson.

He changed his name to Ochocinco–Spanish for his jersey number, 85–in 2008. But in an appearance Tuesday on the NFL Network’s "NFL Live," he said, "I’ve done enough with this Ocho thing. It was fun."
