Prosecutors in New York are charging a former production accountant for "30 Rock" with allegedly embezzling from NBC, the Associated Press reports.

Matthew Rudolph allegedly forged two checks made out to himself and used company credit cards for personal use, embezzling about $14,000, the story says.

Rudolph worked on the fourth season of the hit comedy, which is filmed at Silvercup Studios in Queens, where prosecutors made the charges. NBC didn’t immediately comment, the story notes.
