Piers Morgan has just one night under his belt at CNN yet he’s already compiled a list of people he WON’T interview, Morgan has reportedly told EW.com.

Heading the list is Madonna. According to the story, Morgan "quipped that he will lift the ban only if she makes a ‘formal apology’ for ‘all the grief she’s caused me by being Madonna.’ "

Howie Mandel, who is a co-host with Morgan on "America’s Got Talent," is "banned for the moment," Morgan said, according to the piece. "He’s just too irritating. He winds me up every day on ‘America’s Got Talent,’ " Morgan noted. The other banned television host is Keith Olbermann. Why? "Just because it would really annoy him. I think he’s a great broadcaster, but I know he gets wound up very easily. It’s not a lifetime ban, it’s a temporary ban, designed to confuse and bemuse him, and hopefully engender a violent reaction," Morgan said, the story notes.

The other banned celebrities include Heather Mills, whom Morgan says he introduced to Paul McCartney, inadvertently pushing "one of the world’s great gold diggers in the direction of one of my heroes."

The final banned person is Cherie Blair, the wife of former U.K. prime minister Tony Blair. She is banned  because, Morgan told EW, " every single meeting I had with [her] ended in disaster."
