Sean Puffy Combs, a.k.a. P Diddy, will soon add another line to his impressive resume, which already includes music mogul, entrepreneur, singer and producer. Next up for Combs is a turn playing a cop on TV, according to TV Guide.
Combs will tackle a guest role on CBS’s "Hawaii Five-0" this spring, the story reports. He will play a New York cop who travels to Honolulu trying to find the people responsible for a heinous crime against his family.
In addition to appearing on the show, Diddy’s music–a selection of his hits–will be heard throughout the episode.
Not so surprising, really. Compared with Ice T playing a detective on Law & Order: SVU for more than a decade (after his notorious “Cop Killer” single), this is nothing.
Now, if you cast a “real” killer as a cop, instead of just millionaire music mogul like P Diddy, THEN you’d have something surprising.
