ESPN, MTV and local television and radio stations are rushing to sign up Ted Williams, the homeless Ohio man with a great radio voice, Deadline.com’s Nellie Andreeva reports.

Williams has been appearing on morning TV shows and is reportedly getting many job offers in what Andreeva writes is "the first feel-good story of the year." Williams became an overnight Internet sensation when the Columbus Dispatch’s video was posted on YouTube, gaining almost 6 million hits, the article notes.

Williams says he’s been sober for two years, after drugs and alcohol derailed his life and career.
