The CW has picked up four pilots, whose topics range from zombies to attorneys, reports TVLine.com.
"Awakening" follows two sisters who "come of age" during a zombie uprising, while "Hart of Dixie," from Josh Schwartz of "Chuck" and Stephanie Savage of "Gossip Girl"’s Fake Empire production company, tracks a young New York City doctor who moves to an eccentric Southern town, the story notes.
"Heavenly," by "Supernatural" co-producer Rickard Hatem, is about a young female attorney and a former angel who recently became human, while the last pilot, "Cooper and Stone," is about two young female detectives in Chicago.
