Emmy and Oscar winner Al Pacino has been hit with a tax lien by the IRS, according to TMZ.com. The Internal Revenue Service filed a lien against Pacino seeking $188,000 in unpaid taxes.

A spokesperson for Pacino said the actor’s former business manager, Kenneth Starr, was responsible for the IRS snafu. Starr was recently given seven years in prison for financial chicanery involving his high-profile Hollywood clients.

Pacino reportedly has a new business manager and plans to settle the IRS situation immediately.

Pacino has two Emmys, including one he won last year for “You Don’t Know Jack.” He also won in 2004 for “Angels in America.” He won an Oscar in 1993 for “Scent of a Woman.”
