Roma Khanna is out and Kevin MacLellan is in at NBCU International, Deadline.com reports.
MacLellan, a Comcast executive, will transfer from Los Angeles to take over as president of NBCU International, while Universal Networks International’s president, Khanna, has resigned from NBCU International.
Khanna said that MacLellan’s new role did not influence her decision to depart. She had been offered another position and chose to move on instead.
The move puts Comcast’s stamp even more emphatically on the international division, after Jeff Shell, former president of Comcast Programming Group, took over as chairman of NBCUniversal International. Peter Smith left last month as president of NBCU International.
