The husband of one of the cast members of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is once again facing legal problems, reports the New York Post. Joe Giudice, the husband of Teresa Giudice, is accused of using his brother’s ID to get a fake driver’s license, according to the story.
Giudice was arrested Friday by Passaic County police at the couple’s $1.7 million home, which is featured on the program, the story says. He reportedly had his license suspended last year after he hit a utility pole and failed a Breathalyzer test.
The newest charges against Giudice include fraudulent use of an ID and forgery, the piece adds. During his arrest, Teresa was reported to be making a personal appearance in the Poconos, the story says. The show’s third season ended filming several weeks ago, so Joe Giudice’s latest legal problem isn’t expected to be part of the show.
The couple lost their former house and beach house to foreclosure and filed for bankruptcy last year, the piece notes.
