Electronic Monitoring and a Short Sentence in Lohan’s Future?

May 9, 2011  •  Post A Comment

Lindsay Lohan is expected to enter a no contest plea tomorrow in her theft case involving that necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store, TMZ.com reports, and the website says she is likely to get electronic monitoring, which would allow her to serve her sentence at home.

The report predicts a 120-day sentence, with sources at both the Sheriff’s Department and the Probation Department telling the website the actress would be eligible to serve it at home.

Based on adjustments for good behavior and jail overcrowding–which reportedly affects home sentencing the same as jail sentencing–the story indicates Lohan could serve as little as 14 days.
