Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was in the running to host a Bible quiz show on GSN, but has turned down the offer, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker blog.

The news came out after Huckabee said he wouldn’t run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012. The GSN show, which is in development, would quiz people on biblical trivia, with the network planning it as a two-week event ending with a championship round, the story notes.
