Actor Kiefer Sutherland, who portrayed counterterrorism agent Jack Bauer on Fox’s "24," where he fought the likes of an Osama bin Laden on screen, tweeted this feelings about the American military killing bin Laden.

Sutherland tweeted, "Sometimes real life is better than fiction. The world is a safer place."

Sutherland is on the verge of getting a new series on Fox called "Touch." The pilot is expected to be picked up for the fall season.
