USA Network revealed a development slate at its upfront presentation Monday that includes a talk show and unscripted programming, reports Jon Lafayette at B&C.

The network said it has 13 scripted shows on its slate, including five comedies. USA didn’t disclose the titles or concepts of the unscripted programming it’s developing, the story says.

"We haven’t announced any reality show because people tend to steal those ideas," said USA Co-President Jeff Wachtel, the article adds.

Krista Smith, Vanity Fair’s West Coast editor and a host of ABC’s Oscar pre-show this year, will host a one-hour special that features her talking with Hollywood elite about their work and lives, the article says. USA is considering whether a talk show would run every year, each quarter or more frequently, the story says.

USA also announced a renewal for "Fairly Legal," which will return for a second season.
