This is a busy week for one cable channel, which announced it is picking up four new series and renewing two others, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The channel is Nat Geo Wild, where one of the new shows will be "Animal Underworld," hosted by actor, writer and musician Henry Rollins. Inspired by "Snake Underworld," Rollins’ special that dealt with the love of snakes, the show will focus on people who own odd animals.
Nat Geo Wild also ordered "Baby Animal Cam," about growing baby animals that are filmed with fly-on-the-wall cameras, and "Babies Gone Wild," which scours the Web for videos of baby animals. The other new show is "World’s Weirdest," featuring the strangest creatures from around the globe.
Nat Geo Wild also renewed "Python Hunters" and "Wild Case Files."
