Live Feed of MTV Movie Awards Contains F-Bomb From Actor

MTV censors failed to bleep a profanity during the live East Coast broadcast of Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards, TVLine.com reported. During the ceremony, "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson dropped the “F-bomb,” and it got through.

An MTV representative said "a technical glitch" was the reason why it wasn’t bleeped, and that the swear word was "unexpected," adding that it wouldn’t make it to the West Coast broadcast or in any repeats.

While presenting a career achievement award to Reese Witherspoon, Pattinson joked how he had shifted from playing her son in a 2004 movie to her lover in last year’s "Water for Elephants," although instead of saying "lover" he said, "I did f– you," the article notes.

  1. So what, it is a “cable” channel. All the kids that were watching have heard, and used the word. BFD.
