Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today after reportedly failing an alcohol test, and was ordered by the judge to stop throwing parties at her house while she’s under house arrest, People magazine reported.
Lohan used “extremely poor judgment” by hosting a recent barbecue party, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told the actress. However, Lohan did not get in trouble for the alcohol test because the judge found that court-ordered drug and alcohol testing had ended in February, the story reported.
In a separate report, Lohan allegedly refused to sit down with Matt Lauer of "Today" for an interview at her Venice Beach house because the show wouldn’t pay her $100,000, according to the New York Post’s Page Six.
Lauer had arrived at her house when Lohan refused to emerge from her bedroom, the story says. "Today" had allegedly earlier agreed to pay her $50,000 for photos or videos, because the show doesn’t pay for interviews, but Lohan allegedly asked for double when Lauer arrived, the story says.
"Today" spokeswoman Megan Kopf said Lohan agreed to a sit-down interview, but that the actress had a change of heart after Lauer arrived and said she’d talk only for less than 15 minutes, causing the interview to be canceled.
Lohan’s publicist denied that money was involved, the piece adds.
