Pennsylvania police reported that "Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was legally drunk at the time of his fatal car crash, which also killed a "Jackass" production assistant who was his passenger, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker blog.

According to the West Goshen Township Police Department, Dunn’s blood-alcohol level was .196, more than twice the state’s legal limit of .08, the story notes. Dunn’s car was traveling between 132 and 140 mph at the time of the crash, when it flew off the road and burst into flames, the article adds.

Dunn and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell, died of blunt and thermal trauma, according to the report.
