A reality show star who was hospitalized last week after what has been described as either a suicide attempt or a threat of suicide is out of the hospital, TMZ.com reported.

Amber Portwood, a star of MTV’s "Teen Mom," was seen outside her home in Indiana after being released from the hospital, according to the story.

As previously reported, Portwood was hospitalized after allegedly threatening to take her life, with the incident happening just a week after she pleaded guilty to domestic violence charges related to slapping and punching her ex-fiance and lost custody of her 2-year-old.
