Two USA dramas saw declines in viewership as they returned to the cable network with season premieres Tuesday, Deadline.com reported.

Spy drama "Covert Affairs" debuted its second season with 4.6 million viewers, a 7% decline from its series debut last July, the story says.

Crime show "White Collar," which provided a lead-in with its third-season premiere, averaged 4 million viewers, which also marked a 7% decline, the story notes.

Both shows were facing stiff competition, however, as NBC’s "The Voice" and the NBA Finals were also airing on Tuesday, the story says.
