One of the judges on Fox’s “American Idol” was injured in an accident Tuesday, resulting in stitches and emergency dental work, Reuters reports.

Steven Tyler, who is in Paraguay for a concert by his band Aerosmith, was involved in what concert organizers called a “small accident,” the story reports. The incident caused the concert, part of an Aerosmith tour of Latin America, to be delayed by one day, according to the story.

Tyler was in good condition when he was discharged after a four-hour stay in a hospital in Asuncion, the Paraguay capital, the piece adds. The 63-year-old reportedly lost two of his teeth and cut his face when he fell in his hotel bathroom, the story says.

A bellboy at the hotel reported that Tyler slipped in the shower, the report notes.
