Lindsay Lohan’s first day of community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue is still under way, but there has already been an incident.

An order of fancy cupcakes apparently earmarked for Lohan was turned away at the door to the morgue by Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, TMZ.com reports.

Winter, who was apparently alerted by TMZ to the delivery of the 36 cupcakes, told the website: “It’s unacceptable. We’re not here to accept food.” Winter also indicated that some of the pastries were apparently intended for staffers, as Lohan’s work group conists of fewer than 36 people.

The order was reportedly placed at Magnolia Bakery by an acquaintance of Lohan’s.

The story adds: “The bakery owner would not tell TMZ whether the order was placed at Lindsay’s behest, but Winter told TMZ he spoke with Lindsay and she said she had nothing to do with the order.”
