A former finalist on a cable reality show has been indicted on child pornography charges, TVGuide.com reports, citing a report from Pegasusnews.com.

Morgan Wilson, who was a finalist on the first season of Bravo’s "Top Chef: Just Desserts," faces three second-degree felony charges of possession with intent to promote child porn, the story reports.

Wilson, a pastry chef, was first arrested in December 2010, the story says, “after undercover investigators received multiple file transfers from his computer allegedly containing pornographic images and videos of children as young as toddlers.”

The story adds: “After signing an affidavit admitting he had viewed the pornographic images, Wilson was released on Dec. 16, 2010, on $10,000 bond under the stipulation that he would not access any computer without monitoring software.”

Wilson was the executive pastry chef at the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, but is no longer listed on its website.
