‘Saturday Night Live’ Ratings Dip With Ben Stiller as Host

NBC’s "Saturday Night Live" saw a small ratings slide last weekend when Ben Stiller hosted the program, reports Deadline.com.

The episode also included appearances by Hugh Jackman and Kenny G. The program earned a 4.8 household rating/12 share in metered markets, compared with a 5.1 rating for the season debut two weeks ago, when Alec Baldwin hosted, and a 5.2 rating when Melissa McCarthy hosted the show a week ago, the story says.

The latest ratings could have been crimped by several rain delays during Game 1 of the American League Championship Series on Fox, which pushed the game’s end to much later than usual, the article points out.
