Music superstar Taylor Swift is upset about a topless photo that has appeared on the Internet and was apparently incorrectly identified as her, TMZ.com reports.
The photo, posted by Celeb Jihad, is apparently not Swift but a woman who resembles her, the story says. Swift’s lawyers have demanded that the site take down the photo and have threatened a lawsuit for trademark infringement, the story reports.
Swift, 21, is known for her wholesome image. Her attorneys labeled the post “false pornographic images and false ‘news’” about their client, the story says.

The website was said to be weighing its options, but an attempt this morning to access the post met with disappointment. Reps for Swift did not comment for the story, TMZ reported.

just looked at the cheezy Jihad site. It’s not her. Sure it looks a lot like her, but there is not a chance in h*ll Taylor would be in a dump like that. Look at the bedspread. The crap on the walls… all of it. Nope. Not her.
