VH1 is keeping its options open for "Celebrity Rehab" after putting the show on hold, reports TMZ.com.

The network is keeping Dr. Drew Pinsky on deck in case it revives the show, the story notes. It decided to put the show on hold while producers work on a new program about struggling celebrity couples, the piece adds.

Meanwhile, Pinsky is working on two other programs, a daytime show on The CW and another program on HLN, the story notes.
