The host of a prime-time cable news show has been named one of the “least influential people alive” by GQ magazine, according to TVNewser.com.
MSNBC host Ed Schultz ranked third on the list, published in the magazine’s December issue, the story says.
"Then there [are] pundits like Ed Schultz. Do you watch ‘The Ed Show’ on MSNBC? Of course you don’t. No one does. The only reason people watch ‘The Ed Show’ is they’re working out in a hotel gym and they can’t find a staff member to change the channel to ESPN," the magazine wrote, according to the story.
Other media figures also made the list, including Tia and Tamera Mowry, who star in the Style Network’s "Tia & Tamera" reality show, at No. 4.
Former GOP presidential candidate Tim Pawlenty tops the list, according to the report, with President Barack Obama ranked No. 25.
