An Emmy- and Grammy-winning composer for television shows such as "Sesame Street" has been arraigned on charges of production, distribution and possession of child pornography, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Fernando Rivas, 59, has also composed for the Disney show "Handy Manny," the piece notes. He pleaded not guilty in South Carolina to the charges of producing child pornography and using a computer to transport child pornography across state and U.S. borders, according to the article.
He was freed on $300,000 bond, the story says.
