MTV has announced plans to televise a one-hour tribute to a performer who was a familiar face on television as part of the “Jackass” crew, reports EW.com’s Inside TV blog.

Ryan Dunn, who was killed in a drunk driving car crash in June along with another "Jackass" crew member, will be the focus of the tribute, set to air Nov. 28, the story says.

The program will track Dunn’s life from his childhood in Ohio to his role on "Jackass," the story says. The show will also feature co-stars including Johnny Knoxville and Rob Drydek, who will tell stories about Ryan’s life and will air footage of his stunts, the piece adds.

  1. I think the term “traffic collision” isn’t an accurate description of what transpired. Collision implies he hit another car, street sign, or curb which he certainly did not.
