NBC has ordered additional scripts for a freshman drama series, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s The Live Feed blog.

The fairy tale-based procedural "Grimm" has received an order for a "handful’ of scripts from the network, the story reports.

The drama, which focuses on a Portland, Ore., detective who can see fairy-tale creatures, received the order after dropping somewhat in the ratings, the story says. For its most recent episode, the show averaged 5.2 million viewers.
