Plans have been announced for the 25th season of "America’s Most Wanted," which recently ended its long run on Fox. The show will debut Dec. 2 on Lifetime, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The program, which has helped lead to the capture of more than 1,100 fugitives, is moving to Lifetime after airing for more than two decades on Fox, the piece notes. Lifetime, which picked up 20 hour-long episodes of the program in September, said the show will air Fridays at 9 p.m..

"We hope our observant fans continue the mission with us, on our new night — Friday — and keep our capture number climbing while helping those crime victims that need us,” said host John Walsh in a statement.
