One of the stars of a Comedy Central sitcom broke his back during a stunt that involved jumping from his roof onto a beer-pong table, reports TMZ.com.

The stunt by Blake Anderson, a star of the comedy series “Workaholics,” was caught on tape, the piece notes. He’s undergoing surgery to fix the fracture but won’t be working for a few months, the story says.

The actor was throwing a party at his house when he attempted the stunt, the piece adds.
