One of the cast members of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” won’t be returning to the show, and reports differ on whose idea it was.

Camille Grammer won’t be back on the reality series, reports the New York Post, which says that Grammer is describing the move as her decision since she’s "ready for new challenges."

But the decision appears to have been as much Bravo’s as hers, with the departure being described as "mutual" by insiders, the story notes.

Grammer indicated elsewhere that she would have preferred to return, telling USMagazine.com that the two sides "couldn’t get it worked out."

"I’ve had so much fun with the franchise, but I guess the producers and I couldn’t come to an agreement," she said, according to the article.

  1. Personally, I have a totally respect for the girl. Who else can simply walk away from popularity — albeit sensationalized, artificial, trashy fame, but nevertheless fame? What different does she need? She has got two healthy children, a hot as heck Greek boyfriend and a fifty dollars million divorce settlement deal?!! My answer is good for the girl. I wish her the very best of luck! In the event that she were around, Let me shake her hands.
