Katz TV Group Announces Key Promotion

Katz Television Group, which is expanding its multiplatform efforts, announced a key promotion today. The company upped Chris Jordan to executive vice president of Continental Television Sales.

The company announced: “In his new role, he will oversee Continental TV’s day-to-day operations for all stations and offices. Jordan is the former Senior Vice President of the Continental TV.”

Said Leo MacCourtney, president of Katz Television Group: “Chris brings invaluable insight of today’s media landscape to this elevated role, as well as a natural disposition for inspiring Continental TV’s talented sales force.”

Added Craig Broitman, co-President of Katz Television Group: “Chris has built an incredible reputation for integrity and dedication among our clients and customers, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our leadership team as we move forward.”

In its announcement, the company noted: “The Katz Television Group is expanding its scope as part of a collaborative effort to advance creativity and the latest technological offerings to take advantage of modern multiplatform television. Broitman and MacCourtney were recently named Co-Presidents of Katz Television Group and together will lead the company into a new era of strategic development.”
