The reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" will premiere its seventh season on E! on Sunday, May 20, with Kim Kardashian marking her return since her marriage to Kris Humphries fell apart during the last season of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," according to The Hollywood Reporter’s the Live Feed blog.
