Despite a lawsuit from CBS, ABC is moving forward with the "Big Brother"-like reality show "Glass House," and has named the show’s 14 contestants, reports Deadline.com.

Contestants will start moving in on June 11. CBS is seeking a court injunction to shut down the television program and has sued ABC for copyright infringement, trade-secret misappropriation, unfair competition, breach of contract and conspiracy. ABC has said the lawsuit has "no merit."

The show is scheduled to debut June 18.
