A TV documentary that debuted Wednesday gave NBA TV its biggest audience in history, B&C reports. The telecast of “The Dream Team” averaged 847,000 viewers.

The 90-minute production focuses on the 1992 USA Men’s Basketball Team, nicknamed The Dream Team, which was the first U.S. team to compete in the Olympics that included NBA players. The team included Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and other major stars, and is called by many the greatest team ever assembled in any sport.

The new documentary includes never-before-seen practice footage and interviews with all 12 of the players. NBA TV plans to repeat "The Dream Team" on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5.
