Fox Business Network achieved a major milestone last week, the Los Angeles Times’ Company Town reports. FBN’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight” beat rival CNBC’s "The Kudlow Report" for the first time, the story reports.

"Lou Dobbs Tonight" averaged 139,000 nightly viewers last week, while "The Kudlow Report" averaged 122,000 viewers, the story says. In the key news demo of adults 25-54, however, Kudlow had 32,000 viewers, compared with 28,000 for Dobbs.

"While the numbers are relatively small, they do give Fox Business Network some bragging rights, since CNBC is in almost 100 million homes while FBN is in fewer than 70 million," the story notes.
