Fox News Producer Behind Anti-Obama Clip Loses Job Offer

Jun 1, 2012  •  Post A Comment

The Fox News producer who is credited with creating an anti-Obama video has lost his job offer from CNN, reports The New York Times’ Media Decoder.

As previously reported, Fox News pulled the four-minute video from FoxNews.com and Fox Nation after it drew withering criticism for its similarity to a campaign attack ad. "Fox & Friends" hosts lauded Chris White, the associate producer who created the video, although Fox News denied it was authorized by top executives. CNN had offered him a job before the video appeared.

Now, CNN said it will not be hiring White, while his future at Fox News is unclear, The Times story says.
