For the first time in 12 years, Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford will be reunited as co-hosts of a television show, The Huffington Post reports.

Gifford announced today that Philbin will join her Wednesday for the fourth hour of “Today,” which Gifford co-hosts. Unlike other appearances in recent years by either Gifford or Philbin on the other’s show, this time they will co-host the program — something they haven’t done since Gifford exited her job on “Live! with Regis and Kathie Lee” in 2000.

Said Gifford: "We just pick up where we left off." She added: "We’re just going to let him show up and let the sparks fly. Should be fun!"
