TLC is returning to a subgenre where it has been a major player in the past, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The cable network is set to roll out a new home decor show, “Four Houses.”

The competition series has four sets of homeowners judging and rating each others’ homes. The winning group will win $10,000 as well as a place in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

In previous years, TLC was the home of "Trading Spaces," "My First House," "Property Ladder" and programs in the home decorating ballpark.

"Four Houses" comes from the producers of another TLC hit, "Four Weddings." The episodes will be an hour long and the first one will be located in New Jersey. The series debuts Monday, July 2, at 10 p.m. ET.
