Eliot Spitzer, the former governor of New York, is adding another television news job to his workload, along with his position as a host on Current TV, reports TVNewser.com.

Spitzer will join NY1’s "Inside City Hall" as a regular panelist, the story notes. NY1 is a local cable news channel that’s owned by Time Warner Cable and targeted toward New Yorkers.

Spitzer will be joining the show’s "Wise Guys," who include former New York Mayor Ed Koch and Sen. Alfonse D’Amato.

"’Inside City Hall’ may not have the reach of CNN or even Current TV, but it carries clout among those in New York’s inner political circles," the story reports. Spitzer, who is the former co-host of "Parker Spitzer" and "In the Arena" on CNN, currently hosts "Viewpoint" on Current TV.
