The NBC comedy series "The Office" has cast Stephen Colbert, the host of Comedy Central’s "The Colbert Report," as a character called Broccoli Rob, reports EW.com’s Inside TV.

Broccoli Rob is a member of Here Comes Treble, Andy’s a cappella group. He also tells a different story about the group’s history, heating up the rivalry between himself and Andy, the story says.

Colbert will appear on the Oct. 25 episode.
