A contestant on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Sunday after suffering a head and neck injury during a rehearsal for the show, reports People.com.

Melissa Rycroft, a former "Bachelor" star, fell while doing camera blocking to prepare for today’s episode, the story says. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Rycroft is one of eight celebrities still on the all-stars competition. It was not known yet whether she would be able to compete today, the story notes.
