Said Yaccarino, “Each of these executives brings a tremendous range of sales and marketing experience that is both strategic and forward thinking. As we continue to embrace the challenges and opportunities in a world where none of the old rules apply, it is essential that we structure our group to respond to the changing needs of our clients and position ourselves for continued success. I have known each of these leaders for years, some who I have worked with closely and others by their reputation, and have been continually impressed by their creativity, strategic thinking and ability to partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions for their brands. I am delighted to have them as part of my senior team.”

Lovinger will continue to oversee ad sales for Telemundo Media and will add sales responsibility for several additional cable networks. For Telemundo, he will continue to have a dual report into Yaccarino and Jackie Hernandez, COO, Telemundo Media. Lovinger joined Telemundo Media in 2011, responsible for overseeing advertising sales and marketing for Telemundo, mun2, and their digital properties. Among his accomplishments, he led the network in back-to-back record upfront performances. He has more than 20 years of experience in advertising sales and business development, including key sales roles at MTV, VH1, CNBC and NBC International.

Miller, who has served as the SVP, Ad Sales for USA, Syfy, Chiller and Cloo since 2005, has been promoted to EVP, Ad Sales for the NBCUniversal News Group. In this newly-created role he will oversee sales for NBC News, CNBC and MSNBC. Among his accomplishments, Miller led the sales efforts around the rebranding of USA and Syfy, helping to elevate the networks’ leadership positions within the marketplace. He has worked at NBCUniversal since 1996, holding senior level sales roles at CNBC, CNBC Europe and the Owned Television Stations. Before that, Miller was the Vice President of sales for CNN’s New York office.

In his new role as EVP, Sales for NBC News Digital, Naylor will oversee all sales efforts for nbcnews.com, msnbc.com, today.com and cnbc.com, as well as ivillage.com, which yesterday became part of the NBC News Digital division. Before that, Naylor led advertising sales for the iVillage Properties, acquired by NBC Universal in May 2006, and held various sales roles at companies including Terra Lycos and Vanity Fair and Spin magazines.

Frohman will lead a newly-created Ad Sales Strategy group that will work closely with Yaccarino and the sales leaders across the portfolio to help develop the overall sales strategy for the division. She will lead the team that handles all the sales planning for the company and also develop and implement training programs and solutions to grow, mentor and create career paths for members of the sales team. Frohman joins NBCUniversal from Turner Broadcasting, where she worked for more than 16 years in a variety of sales roles of increasing responsibility, culminating with her position as the EVP, Sales and Marketing for the Sports, Event Marketing, Local and Turner trade groups.

In the newly-created Client Solutions group, Tarrant will work closely with the leaders of the cable entertainment networks, their in-house sales marketing teams, and NBCUniversal’s Integrated Media group, to create, plan and execute client focused marketing efforts across the cable entertainment portfolio.
