Comedy Central has renewed a comedy series, just two weeks after its premiere. The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed reports that the cable channel renewed Nick Kroll’s "Kroll Show," which debuted with 1.2 million viewers.

The series received a pickup for a second season of 10 episodes. The show debuted Jan. 16, and has performed well with younger men. It won its time slot with men 18-24 and 18-34.

"Nick plays his characters with such comedic conviction, it’s become obvious he has a serious personality disorder,” said network president of content development and original programming Kent Alterman, according to the story.
