Showtime, which has seen a number of key shows post ratings gains, has renewed its entire Sunday comedy block, giving renewals to "Californication," "House of Lies" and "Shameless," reports EW.com’s Inside TV.

All three shows are performing better than last year, the story notes. "Shameless" is up 22% in its third season, while season two of "House of Lies" is up 10% and the sixth season of "Californication" is up 21%, the piece adds. All will return in 2014.

In a statement, Showtime Entertainment President David Nevins said: “’Californication,’ ‘House of Lies’ and ‘Shameless’ possess highly distinctive comedic voices, and given that all three continue to grow their audience season after season — the pickup decision was easy.”

Showtime is on a ratings roll, with both “Dexter” and “Homeland” returning last fall to series-high audiences, the piece reports.
